300 g Minced meat
Pepper & Salt
20 g Butter
20 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,15 l Milk
0,15 l Beef Meat Broth
3 tbsp Cream

Minced leek vegetables is an old country recipe that can be prepared quickly and easily, even in large quantities. Minced leek vegetables is cheap and saturates well. First boil salt potatoes. Cut leeks into rings. Heat rapeseed oil in a pan. Sear minced meat vigorously. Add leek. Season with salt and pepper. Fry minced meat and leek vegetables for 10 minutes. For the sauce, melt butter in a pot. Sweat wheat flour type 405 in it. Stir in milk. Add beef stock to the sauce. Add cream. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the sauce with the leek vegetables. Spread potatoes on top.
