Short roasted pork

Short roasted pork is prepared with tender pork tenderloin. For the tomato salad, first mix 1 tablespoon olive oil with lemon juice. Season with ground pepper and salt. Cut the cocktail tomatoes into quarters and mix in. Cut the leek onions into rings. Mix into the tomato salad. For the sauce, mix yoghurt, sour cream and ketchup. Season with ground pepper, salt, freshly pressed garlic and chilli flakes. For short roast, first cut pork tenderloin into 1 cm thin slices. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan. Sear the pork tenderloin briefly. Season the short roast with salt and pepper from the mill. Cut baguette into slices. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Toast in contact grill. Drain the cabbage salad well. Serve the roast pork with tomato salad, yoghurt sauce, cabbage salad and baguette.
