Spaghetti alla Celentano

For Spaghetti alla Celentano, first sear pork tenderloin in 1 tablespoon olive oil briefly on all sides. Continue to fry on a medium heat for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper from the mill. Remove the pork tenderloin from the pan. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in pan. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and fry. Finely dice onions and garlic and add. Halve pepperoni peppers, remove seeds, cut into short strips and add. Chop fresh herbs such as oregano, thyme and basil and mix in. Cook the spaghetti. For Spaghetti alla Celentano, slice the pork tenderloin thinly. Mix with the tomatoes. Heat briefly. Drain the spaghetti and mix into the Sauce alla Celentano. Serve fresh Parmesan cheese with Spaghetti alla Celentano.
