Tuna mushroom salad

2 Eggs
1 cans Tuna fish
1 Red Onions
170 g Mushroom slices
50 g Pickled peppers
150 g Sour cream
2 tbsp Cut leek

Tuna mushroom salad is quick and easy to prepare. Hard boil the eggs. Drain tuna. Pour into a salad bowl. Finely dice red onions and add. Pour mushroom slices into a colander. Rinse and drain. Add mushroom slices to tuna salad. Place eggs in cold water to cool more quickly. Peel, cut into small cubes and mix in. Dice pickled peppers and add. Mix the sour cream into the tuna and mushroom salad. Cut leek into fine rolls. Mix into the tuna and mushroom salad.
