Chicken and shrimp Dürüm kebab

Chicken and shrimp Dürüm kebab is prepared with a homemade herb kebab sauce. Cut chicken breast fillet into small cubes. Sauté together with shrimps in 2 tsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. For the sauce, mix Turkish cream yoghurt with 1 tsp olive oil and lemon juice. Season with pepper, salt, pul beaver paprika and paprika powder. Finely grate onion and stir in. Finely chop flat leaf parsley and fresh oregano. Mix into the sauce. For Dürüm Döner, heat a second pan without fat. Briefly bake the lavash bread in it. Put on a plate. Cut iceberg lettuce into strips. Spread in the middle of the Lavash bread as a long strip. Dice tomatoes and sprinkle on top. Put chicken and prawns on the Dürüm Döner. Spread sauce on top. Roll up the chicken and prawns Dürüm Döner as tightly as possible.
