1 Eggs
1 tbsp Basil Oil
150 g Wheat Flour Type 405

Basil pasta is easy to make yourself. For the pasta dough, first puree basil leaves, egg and basil oil in a mixing bowl. If the pasta is cooked in salted water, the dough does not need any more salt. Put wheat flour type 405 in a bowl. Add the basil puree. First knead with dough hook. Tip the pasta dough onto a floured work surface. Knead by hand until smooth. Divide dough into three pieces. Sprinkle each with flour. Turn through the pasta machine several times in portions on speed 1 until the dough becomes elastic. Sprinkle the dough with flour each time and fold lengthways or crossways. Then repeat with the next stage. Roll out basil noodles to level 5. If desired, attach the ribbon pasta attachment. Turn dough through the attachment. Cook basil noodles in salted water for 1 to 2 minutes.
