Mexican Steak Pan

For Mexican Steak Pan, first dice red and green bell peppers. Finely dice red onion and garlic. Cut chili pepper into fine rings and remove seeds. Cut beef rump steak into strips. Rinse and drain corn. Heat corn oil in a frying pan. Sear beef rump steak vigorously. Add vegetables. Sauté briefly. Add canned tomato cubes with juice. Season Mexican Steak Pan with ground pepper and salt. Mexican Steak Pan can be served with rice or baguette.
