Cheddar meatballs

For Cheddar meatballs, first knead ground beef, egg and breadcrumbs. Season with ground pepper, salt and smoked paprika. Finely dice onions and dried tomatoes in oil and knead in. Cut cheddar cheese into small cubes. Knead into the minced beef. Form four flat Cheddar meatballs. Heat corn oil in a frying pan. Sear cheddar patties vigorously, turning several times, until they begin to brown. Reduce temperature. Fry cheddar patties for 10 minutes until done. Serve with BBQ sauce if desired.
