Farmer's pot countrywomen style

Farmer's pot countrywoman style tastes great with rustic farmer's bread. Cut Jaroma cabbage into strips. Dice green peppers and onions. Heat rapeseed oil in a pot. Brown the minced beef vigorously. Add Jaroma cabbage, green pepper and onions. Sauté briefly. Add diced meat and tomatoes. Stir in tomato pulp. Deglaze farmer's pot with red wine. Add beef stock. Season with pepper, salt and finely chopped thyme sprigs. Boil up farmer's pot in countrywomen's style briefly. Put lid on. Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes. Finely chop the parsley. Sprinkle over the "Bauern Topf nach Landfrauen Art" just before serving. Serve with bread.
