Kritharaki chicken salad

Kritharaki chicken salad is prepared with ready-made fried chicken. Add Kritharaki noodles to boiling salted water. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Drain in a colander. Rinse with cold water. Drain kritharaki noodles well. Remove skin from roast chicken. Remove the meat from the bones. Cut into pieces and mix with the Kritharaki noodles in a salad bowl. Cut leek onions into rings and mix in. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix into the chicken salad. Drain the pickled peppers. Cut into pieces and add. Mix the black olives into the salad. Mix olive oil and white balsamic vinegar. Season with ground pepper, salt and garlic. Mix the marinade into the Kritharaki chicken salad. Cut the feta cheese into cubes and fold in.
