Hack Steak Kebab

For minced steak kebab, first knead ground beef, egg, tomato paste and breadcrumbs. Season with pepper, salt, powdered beaver paprika and cumin powder. Press 2 garlic cloves through a garlic press and mix in. Finely chop the flat-leaf parsley and knead it in. With slightly moistened hands, form two minced steaks. Press flat. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Sear ground steaks vigorously on both sides until they begin to brown. Reduce heat. Continue to fry for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Mix yogurt with sour cream. Season with pepper, salt, pul beaver paprika and a clove of garlic pressed through. For the kebab, cut both mini pita breads in half. Place on the bottom half of the doner iceberg lettuce. Drain the cabbage salad. Spread on top. Put the minced steak in the doner breads. Drain dried tomatoes in oil. Cut feta cheese into pieces. Put tomatoes and feta cheese on the minced steak kebab. Spread yogurt sauce on top. Fold the top half of the pita bread over it.
