Pork loin hamburger

Pork loin hamburger

Pork loin hamburgers taste particularly juicy and aromatic. Preheat the oven to 225° C. Sear pork tenderloin in corn oil all around. For the marinade, mix honey and 2 teaspoons mustard. Season with ground pepper, salt and finely chopped fresh herbs such as rosemary, parsley and thyme. Brush the pork loin with the marinade. Place in a baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes on the middle shelf. Take the loin out of the oven. Let rest for a few minutes before cutting. For hamburger sauce, mix together light mayonnaise, ketchup and 1 teaspoon mustard. Season with pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and dried parsley. Finely dice seasoned cucumbers and mix in. Heat a skillet. Cut open brioche hamburger buns. Place cut side down in the pan. Toast briefly. Cut iceberg lettuce into strips. Place on bottom halves of buns. Cut pork loin into slices. Arrange on top. Cut vegetable onion into fine rings. Place on top of pork loin. Spread hamburger sauce on top. Cover with the top half of the brioche hamburger buns.
