Beef neck steak & sheet potatoes

For beef neck steak and sheet potatoes first preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Rinse the triple potatoes, dry them and cut them in half. Brush baking tray with 1 tablespoon corn oil. Place the potatoes on the baking tray with the cut side down. Bake on middle rack for 30 minutes. Grate Emmental cheese. Mix with 1 tablespoon corn oil. Cut basil into strips and mix in. Season Emmental cheese with ground pepper and salt. Place the potatoes in a suitable baking dish with the cut surface facing upwards. Spread cheese mixture on top. Bake on the middle shelf for 15 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon corn oil in a frying pan. Sear beef neck steak vigorously on both sides until beef neck steak begins to brown. Turn heat to medium. Continue searing beef neck steak for 3 minutes per side. Season beef neck steak with ground pepper and salt. Serve with sheet potatoes.
