Seafood Baking Oven Vegetables

For seafood baking oven vegetables first defrost shrimp and squid fish rings. Preheat the oven to 200° C. Rinse seafood. Dry on kitchen paper. Cut one red, one yellow and one green pepper into strips. Peel red onions, halve and cut into wedges. Peel garlic cloves. Cut into fine slices. Finely pluck rosemary sprigs. Put seafood and vegetables in a bowl. Mix with olive oil. Season vegetables with ground pepper, salt, rosemary and chili flakes. Spread seafood baking vegetables on a baking sheet. Place on the middle rack in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
