0,25 l Milk
42 g Fresh yeast
2 tbsp Sugar
500 g Wheat Flour Type 405
1 Salt
1 Eggs
40 g Butter
10 Black olives
1 Egg Yellow
3 tbsp Cold water
10 Bock Sausage
100 g Cucumber salad
100 g Danish Remoulade
10 tsp Ketchup

Hot dogs for children can be prepared very well. It is best to bake the hot dog buns in advance. The children can put their own toppings on the buns. For the hot dog buns, first warm the milk to lukewarm. Pour the fresh yeast into a bowl. Mix with 1 tablespoon sugar and half of the milk. Mix wheat flour type 405, salt and 1 tbsp. sugar in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the middle. Pour in the yeast and milk. Knead in egg, softened butter and remaining milk until a smooth yeast dough is formed. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Form dough into 10 balls. Place them on the baking sheets, spacing them apart. Press flat. Cut ears 3 cm wide on the right and left side. Cut olives for eyes and nose into small pieces and press lightly into dough. Cover with cloths. Let rise for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 170° C convection oven. Mix egg yellow with cold water. Brush hot dog buns. Place one tray in the middle and one tray underneath. Bake hot dog for 18 minutes. Remove from oven. Cover with towels and let cool. Cut a snout in each kid's hot dog bun for topping. Cook bock sausage in hot water until done. Peel and slice lettuce cucumber. Serve with Danish tartar sauce and ketchup for the kids.
