Beef Steak Dürüm Döner

Beef Steak Dürüm Döner is served with a homemade spicy kebab sauce. Mix yogurt, sour cream and ketchup. Season with pressed garlic, salt, cumin powder, isot paprika and pul beaver paprika. Cut beef steak into thin slices. Heat sunflower oil in a pan. Spread beef steak slices in the pan. Sear briefly. Season with salt. Cut onion into sticks and add. Cut iceberg lettuce into strips. Heat lavash bread briefly in a second pan without adding fat. Place on a plate. Spread Dürüm Döner with yoghurt sauce. Spread iceberg lettuce and beef steak on top. Drain eggplant in oil, chop and sprinkle on top. Roll up the Beef Steak Dürüm Döner tightly. Wrap one end of the Dürüm with aluminium foil.
