Crostini with lardo bacon
Quantity Ingredient
60 g Baguette
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 leaf Sage
20 g Lardo bacon
1 tbsp Acacia Honey
Chili Flakes

For Crostini with Lardo Bacon, first preheat the oven to 250° C. Cut the baguette into slices. Put them on a baking tray. Season olive oil with pressed garlic and finely chopped sage. Spread on the crostini slices. Bake the crostini on the middle rack for 4 minutes until crispy. Cut the lardo bacon into very thin slices. Remove the crostini from the oven. Immediately top with Lardo Bacon. Once lardo bacon is translucent, drizzle with acacia honey. Sprinkle with chilli flakes. Serve the crostini with lardo immediately.
