Pasta with meat balls

Pasta with meat balls is served in a spicy tomato sauce. For the meatballs beef mince, egg and breadcrumbs knead flour. Season with pepper from the mill, salt and oregano. Form small meat balls with slightly moistened hands. For the tomato sauce, finely dice onions and garlic. Cut pepperoni peppers into fine rings. Remove white seeds. Heat olive oil in a pan. Brown the meatballs well. Reduce temperature. Add onions, garlic and pepperoni. Brown lightly. Deglaze with Chianti red wine. Add diced canned tomatoes with juice. Stir in tomato paste. Season with pepper, salt and oregano. For the pasta, boil up enough salt and water. Add the conchiglioni pasta. Cook pasta for 12 to 14 minutes. Pour into a sieve. Mix the pasta with the tomato sauce.
