0,2 l Cream
300 g Chocolate glaze
20 g Butter
3 tbsp Whisky
20 g Cocoa powder
20 g Deoiled cocoa

This whisky truffle candy is easy to prepare and has a long shelf life. Bring cream to the boil with a pinch of salt. Remove the pot from the stove. Stir finely chopped dark chocolate coating into the hot cream. Stir in butter and whisky. Put the truffle candy in a cool place for four hours. Grease hands with some butter. Shape small whisky truffles. Sieve light cocoa powder through a sieve into a bowl. Sift the dark deoiled cocoa powder through a sieve and mix in carefully. Whisky truffle candy in the cocoa mixture. Pour whisky truffle candy into a large sieve. Shake off excess cocoa powder. Keep the candy in the refrigerator until serving.
