For chicken eggs bread spread first boil eggs hard. Cut chicken breast fillet into small cubes. Finely dice shallots and onion. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the chicken well. Add the shallots. Fry on medium heat for 5 minutes. Let it cool down. Drain eggs. Place in cold water to cool faster. Peel and dice coarsely. Pour chicken and eggs into a blender jug. Add fresh cheese and mayonnaise. Puree bread spread creamy. Season bread spread with curry powder, pepper and salt. Cut flat parsley into fine strips. Sprinkle the bread spread over the bread just before serving.
