Pea soup with pork belly is prepared with grilled pork belly, which gives the pea soup a special grill aroma. Pour dried peas into a pot. Soak in water overnight. Peel onions and soup vegetables. Dice finely. Pour into the pot. Season pea soup with instant broth and dried marjoram. Bring to the boil briefly. Put the lid on. Simmer peas soup on medium heat for 90 minutes. Stir from time to time. Slice pork belly. Cut the pork rind several times so that the pork belly does not bend during grilling. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Brush charcoal grill or grill pan with corn germ oil and heat up. Grill pork belly. Remove rind. Cut pork belly into strips. Let it simmer in the pea soup for a few minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
