Pasta with meat

Pasta with meat works especially well with beef rump steak. For the pasta cook penne noodles first. Cut beef hip steak into cubes. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the meat briefly. Remove from the pan. Finely dice onions and garlic cloves and sauté. Deglaze with red wine. Add diced canned tomatoes with juice. Stir in tomato paste. Season pasta sauce with ground pepper and salt. Cut pickled peppers and eggplants in oil into small cubes. Mix into the pasta sauce. Add meat with leaked meat juice. Cut flat parsley into strips and mix in. Drain the pasta. Mix into the sauce with meat.
