Texas chili minced meat hot dog

Texas Chili minced meat hot dog are baked in the oven with cheese. For the Texas Chili mince, first cut an onion and garlic into fine cubes. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the beef mince well. Add onions and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in chilli sauce. Keep Texas chilli warm on a low heat. Preheat oven to 200° C. Wrap hot dog sausages with bacon. Preheat a pan. Brown the hot dog sausages all around. Cut the hot dog buns open to the middle and flip open. Put the sausages inside. Season cucumbers in slices and distribute all around. Fill the sausages with Texas Chili minced meat. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Put the Texas Chil minced meat hot dog on a grid. Bake in the middle rack for 5 minutes.
