Minced meat pizza with mushrooms

For minced meat pizza with mushrooms, piquant pickled mushrooms are used, which give the minced meat pizza its special flavour. For the dough mix flour with a pinch of salt. Dissolve fresh yeast in lukewarm water. Pour into the flour. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Knead to a smooth dough. Add a little water if necessary. Cover the dough and leave to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place. Season minced meat with salt and pepper. Form small meatballs. Fry them in 1 tablespoon of oil and let them cool down. Dice the tomatoes and put them in a bowl. Finely dice onions and garlic and mix in. Season with pepper, salt and finely plucked oregano. Pluck the gorgonzola into pieces and mix in. Preheat oven to 250° C. Line baking tray with baking paper. Cut dough in half. Roll out to a small pizza. Spread tomato and cheese mixture on top. Spread meatballs over it. Bake for 12 minutes on the middle shelf. Drain the mushrooms. Spread the mushrooms on the minced meat pizza. Bake for another 3 minutes.
