Feta meat loaf with cabbage salad

Feta meatloaf with cabbage salad can be served hot or cold. Preheat oven to 225° C. For the Feta Meatloaf, first knead the minced meat, egg and breadcrumbs of flour. Mix with pepper, salt, finely chopped garlic and finely diced onions. Cut parsley into strips and mix in. Press minced meat flat. Cut feta into thick slices. Lay the minced meat lengthwise in the middle. With moistened hands, place the minced meat over the feta and shape into a meat loaf. Place in an oiled casserole dish. Bake the Feta meatloaf on the middle shelf for 40 minutes. Arrange with cabbage salad, red cabbage salad and cherry paprika. Serve tzatziki with the cabbage salad. Cut flat bread into thick slices. Drizzle with oil. Roast in contact grill and serve with it.
