Bock sausage mushroom salad is prepared with a slightly spicy marinade. Fill mushrooms and drained silver onions into a bowl. Cut Bock sausage into slices. Mix with the salad. Mix oil and vinegar for the marinade. Season with pepper, salt and chili flakes. Peel the garlic, press through the garlic press and add. Mix the marinade with the Bock sausage mushroom salad. Cut parsley into strips and sprinkle over it. Pretzels or baguettes taste great with the Bock sausage mushroom salad.
