Krakow sausage is served with a spicy onion sauce. Lye bread roll and lye stick for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 225° C. Lye pastry on a baking tray. Sprinkle with coarse-grained salt as desired. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Cut the Krakow sausage into slices. Heat oil in a pan. Fry Krakauer sausage. Cut onion into small cubes. Stir in ketchup. Season with cayenne pepper and paprika powder. Arrange Krakauer sausage with pretzels and onion sauce.
