Carbonate in beer batter becomes particularly crispy when deep-frying. For the beer dough, first mix 125 g flour with beer. Season with salt. Preheat deep fryer to 180° C. Pat the carbonade dry. Season with pepper and a little salt. Pour 25 g flour onto a plate. Turn the carbonade in it. Then turn the carbonade in the beer batter. Fry the carbonade without the basket in hot fat until the beer batter starts to brown. Serve cucumbers and tomatoes with spices.
