Mushroom minced meat pan is served in a creamy fresh cheese sauce. Leave small mushrooms whole. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the mushrooms well. Dice peppers and onions. Pour into the pan. Chop the minced meat and add. Fry the minced meat well. Season with pepper, salt and smoked paprika powder. Reduce temperature. Stir fresh cheese into the mushroom mince pan. Dilute with milk. To the mushroom mince pan taste fresh baguette or French fries.
