Meatballs with breadcrumbs flour

For meatballs with breadcrumbs, first mix minced meat, egg, mustard and tomato paste. Knead in breadcrumbs of flour. Depending on the size of the egg, add more breadcrumbs of flour if necessary until all ingredients have combined well. Do not use too much breadcrumbs at once, so that the meatballs remain loose. Finely dice onions and garlic and mix in. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Form four meatballs with moistened hands. Heat the oil in a pan. Briefly fry the meatballs on both sides. While doing so, press them slightly flat with a spatula. Fry the meatballs on medium heat, turning occasionally for 10 minutes.
