1 tbsp Fresh marjoram

Landfrauen Nacken Steaks oven stew can also be easily prepared in larger quantities. Preheat oven to 180° C. Cut zucchini and peeled carrots into cubes. Cut the beans in half. Peel, quarter and slice the kohlrabi. Peel and halve onion and cut into sticks. Peel potatoes. Cut into slices. Cut tomatoes into eighths. Brown neck steaks in oil. Season with salt and pepper. For the Landfrauen Ofen stew put the neck steaks in a casserole dish. Brown the vegetables in the dripping. Add the tomatoes. Spread the vegetables over the neck steaks. Pour on broth. Season the Countrywomen Stew with pepper, salt and marjoram. Put the lid on. Bring to the boil briefly. Put the Landfrauen Stew on the middle shelf in the oven. Cook for 45 minutes.
