Asparagus Casserole
Quantity Ingredient
400 g Boiling Potatoes
250 g Asparagus
250 g Green asparagus
80 g Ham dice
3 Eggs
0,25 l Milk
2 tbsp Cream
Pepper & Salt
2 tbsp Parsley

For the asparagus casserole, first preheat the oven to 200° C. Peel the potatoes. Cut into thin slices. Fill potatoes into a pot. Cover with salt water. Put the lid on. Bring to the boil. Switch the temperature to medium. Cook potatoes for 8 minutes. Drain and fill into a casserole dish. Peel white and green asparagus. Put them in a pot. Cover with salt water. Put the lid on. Bring to the boil. Reduce temperature. Cook for 5 minutes. Put asparagus on the potatoes. Sprinkle ham cubes over them. For the glaze of the casserole, first mix eggs, milk and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop parsley and mix in. Pour over the asparagus casserole. Bake on the middle shelf for 30 minutes.
