Pressure cooker Kassler cutlet roast

Pressure cooker Kassler cutlet roast needs only 15 minutes to cook. The bones make a strong broth. Place the Kassler cutlet roast in the pressure cooker with the bones facing down. Coarsely chop the vegetables and onion. Place in the pressure cooker. Add water. Season Kassler cutlet roast with bay leaf, peppercorns and juniper berries. Close the lid tightly. Turn the cooker to the highest setting. Set cooking level 2 on the lid. As soon as the cooking level pin becomes visible, reduce the temperature of the cooker to medium level. Stew the Kassler cutlet for 15 minutes. Let off steam. Shake the pressure cooker briefly to release the remaining steam. Let off steam completely. Open the lid.
