Thick rib meat salad

Thick rib meat salad can be served as a main course. Place the prime rib in a pot. Cover with water. Add a strong pinch of salt. Bring to the boil. Simmer the rib on medium heat for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 200° C. For the marinade of the meat salad mix Mango Chutney, BBQ Sauce and Soy Sauce. Season with pepper. Press garlic through garlic press and add. Drain the thick rib. Remove meat from the bone. Cut into strips. Turn meat in the marinade. Spread the thick rib on an oiled baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes on the middle shelf. Cut iceberg lettuce into strips. Peel cucumber. Cut lengthwise into quarters. Core and cut into slices. Cut tomatoes into slices. Cut the peppers into rings. Mix salad with olives. Cut onions into strips. Sprinkle over the onions. Spread the meat on the salad. Serve with dressing.
