Chicken wings & fried noodles

For chicken wings and fried noodles, first preheat the oven to 180° C. Mix chicken wings with 1 tablespoon of oil. Season with salt. Place on a grid. Put it on the middle shelf in the oven. Slide a baking tray with some water underneath to catch the dripping fat. Pre-bake Chicken Wings for 20 minutes. Mix 1 tbsp. kecap manis, 2 tbsp. soy sauce and 2 tbsp. honey. Press a garlic clove through the garlic press and stir in. Brush the chicken wings with the marinade. Increase temperature to 200° C. Bake for another 12 minutes. Turn the chicken wings. Brush with marinade. Bake for 12 more minutes. For fried noodles first fill Mie Eier noodles into a bowl. Pour boiling water over it. Leave to swell for 4 minutes. Pour into a sieve. Drain. Cut the chili into rings. Remove seeds. Cut 1 garlic clove into thin slices. Rinse and dry soy sprouts. Cut the peppers into strips. Cut leek onions into rings. Cut carrots into strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Sauté the noodles well. Add vegetables. Fry briefly. Season fried noodles with 2 tbsp. kecap manis, 2 tbsp. soy sauce and ginger juice.
