Roast pork Tramezzini

This pork roast Tramezzini I have prepared with homemade pork roast cold cuts, because it tastes particularly juicy. Boil the eggs hard. Put fresh cheese in a bowl. Finely dice the shallot and mix in. Cut tomato into small cubes and add. Season with pepper. Put some basil leaves aside for topping the pork roast Tramezzini. Cut remaining basil into fine strips. Mix with the fresh cheese. Place eggs in cold water to cool faster. Peel and slice. Cut the roast pork into slices for slicing. Cut two slices of Tramezzini bread into 8 triangles each. On half of the Tramezzini triangles place Pork Roast Cold Cuts. Spread fresh cheese over it. Cover with egg and basil. Cover with the other half of the Tramezzini triangles.
