|240 g||Butter biscuits|
|2 packet||Ground gelatine|
Mandarin Quark Cake without baking tastes especially good when well chilled. Melt the butter on a low heat. Remove from the stove. Finely grate the biscuits. Knead in butter. For the cake without baking first place a baking frame on a lightly greased half baking tray. Fill in the biscuits and press them down. Mix quark with sugar. Mix gelatine with water in a pot. Let it swell for 10 minutes. Warm up slightly. Stir two heaped tablespoons of quark into the gelatine. Only then stir into the remaining quark. This prevents lumps from forming. Spread half of the curd on the cake. Pour the mandarins into a sieve. Spread half of the mandarins on the cake. Cover with the remaining quark. Smooth out. Place the remaining tangerines on top. Let the tangerine cake set in the fridge for 2 hours without baking.
