Baked Mett rolls

Baked Mett rolls

Baked Mett rolls taste especially good fresh from the oven. Preheat oven to 180° C. Cut open the rolls. Pluck out the dough in small pieces and fill into a bowl. Brush the rolls inside with oil. Mix minced pork and eggs with the dough. Cut onions and peppers into small cubes and knead. Season with pepper. Chop parsley finely and mix in. For baked mince rolls, shape the mince into balls. Place in the rolls. Flatten slightly and place on a baking tray. Push the tray onto the middle shelf in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve baked Mett rolls hot.
