Stuffed party bread with tuna

Filled party bread with tuna fish tastes especially good when baked. Preheat oven to 200° C. Bake flat bread for 2 minutes on the middle shelf. Cut the party bread into quarters. Cut a pocket into each piece. Mix salad cream and yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper. Press garlic through the garlic press and stir in. Chop parsley finely and mix in. Spread some cream on the lower halves of the party bread. Cover with salad leaves. Cut tomatoes into slices. Season with salt and pepper. Spread on the salad. Cut the onion into strips and sprinkle on top. Drain the tuna and distribute on top. Garnish filled party bread with tuna fish with the remaining cream just before serving.
