Chicken goulash soup

For chicken goulash soup, first cover the zucchini and tomatoes with hot water and allow to swell for a few minutes. Cut onions and garlic into fine cubes. Cut the chicken breast fillet into cubes for the goulash. Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the chicken goulash well. Reduce temperature. Add onions and garlic. Drain, dice and add the zucchini and tomatoes. Stir in the tomato puree and tomato paste. Extend the soup with broth. Season with pepper, salt and herbs. Round off the soup with balsamic vinegar. Dice the olives and add. Sprinkle chicken goulash soup with a few leaves of basil.
