Baileys coffee cheese cake

200 g Wheat Flour Type 405
230 g Sugar
2 Eggs
100 g Butter
750 g Lean curd cheese
1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
0,125 l Baileys Liqueur
1 packet Vanilla Pudding Powder
200 g Dark chocolate
1 tsp Soluble coffee
400 g Cream

Baileys coffee cheese cake tastes best when well chilled and stays juicy for several days. Preheat oven to 180° C. For the crumbly dough, mix flour and 80 g sugar. Knead in 1 egg and cold butter. Place the dough in a 26 cm Spring form. Press flat and form a high rim. Place the mould in the refrigerator. For the filling of the Baileys Coffee Cheese Cake, first mix quark, 150 g sugar, vanilla sugar and 1 egg. Measure out 1/8 litre of liqueur. Remove 2 tablespoons of this and stir into the quark. Stir in vanilla pudding powder. Spread the curd on the dough. Bake on the middle shelf for 55 minutes. Remove the edge of the spring form. Let Bailey's coffee cheesecake cool. Put the rest of the Baileys in a pot. To decorate the cheese cake, grate 10 g of chocolate with a peeler. Stand aside. Break the remaining chocolate into pieces. Pour into the pot. Add coffee. Heat gently until the chocolate melts. Let it cool down. Whip the cream until stiff. Stir in chocolate. Spread the Baileys coffee cheesecake over it. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
