Carbonade with noodle salad

For carbonade with noodle salad first cook noodles. Hard boil eggs. Mix yoghurt, salad cream and lemon juice. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Drain the peas and carrots and mix in. Cut the tomatoes in half and add. Chop parsley finely and mix in. Pour the noodles into a sieve. Rinse with cold water, drain and mix into the salad. Drain the eggs, let them cool in cold water and peel them. Coarsely dice the eggs and mix them into the noodle salad. Heat the lard in a pan. Slightly cut the fat edge of two slices of carbonade at a distance of 1 cm. Fry the carbonade for 1 minute on each side. Reduce temperature slightly. Season the carbonade with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Fry for two more minutes.
