400 g Victoria perch fillet
1 tbsp Maize Germ Oil

Victoria perch filet housewives style is served with jacket potatoes. Boil the potatoes in the skin. For the housewife-style sauce, first mix yoghurt with vinegar and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Peel and halve the onion and cut into thin slices. Mix into the sauce in a housewives' style. Quarter the apple, remove the core and peel. Halve the apple quarter lengthwise and cut into short slices. Mix into the sauce in a housewives' style. Cut leek into small rolls and add. Finely chop the dill and mix in. Rinse and dry Victoria perch fillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cut Victoria perch fillet into 4 pieces. Heat the oil in a pan. Briefly fry the Victoria perch fillet vigorously. Reduce temperature. Let the Victoria Perch fillet simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with jacket potatoes and sauce housewives style.
