Black spaghetti with anchovies

Black spaghetti with anchovies tastes piquant. First put black spaghetti in boiling salt water. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Chop the anchovies finely. Cut garlic into thin slices. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the anchovies and garlic. Cut the pepperoncino into rings. Remove cores. Add the peperoncino to the pan. Add capers. Stir in tomato paste. Pour black spaghetti into a sieve. Collect 0.1 L of cooking water and pour it into the pan. Mix the black spaghetti with the anchovies. Chop parsley finely and mix in.
