Crispy potatoes from the oven can be prepared quickly and easily, even in large quantities. Preheat oven to 200° C. Peel, wash and dry the potatoes. Cut crispy potatoes into 2 cm cubes. Mix in the oil. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread crispy potatoes on top. Bake in the oven on the middle shelf for 30 minutes.
