Witches soup

For this witches soup first let mushrooms swell in hot water for a few minutes. Peel the pumpkin. Remove cores and fibres. Dice pumpkin and half an onion. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan. Fry the pumpkin and onions. Add stock. Season with salt and pepper. Put the lid on. Making witches' soup boil. Simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat. Mash witches' soup. Add mushroom soaking water through a fine sieve. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and put them aside. Mix starch with a little cold water. Bind witches' soup with it. Cut the chicken breast fillet and half an onion into cubes. Quarter mushrooms. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken, onions, mushrooms and mushrooms well. Season with pepper, salt and chopped herbs such as marjoram, thyme and parsley and pour into the witches soup. Garnish with chilli strings.
