Gyros herb casserole Greek style

Gyros herb casserole Greek style is prepared with a creamy tomato sauce. Preheat oven to 200° C. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Sauté the gyros slices well. Sprinkle with wheat flour type 405. Sweat briefly. Stir in milk, crème fraiche and tomato paste. Mix in 50 g feta. Keep warm on a low heat. For the Greek-style herb, first cut the pointed cabbage into very fine strips. Dice vegetables and onion. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pot. Fry the Greek-style cabbage and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Add vegetable stock. Stew without lid for 10 minutes. Pour gyros and Greek-style cabbage into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with 50 g feta. Bake the gyros casserole on the middle shelf for 25 minutes. Sprinkle Gyros Casserole with dried oregano just before serving.
