Gyros herb casserole Greek style

Gyros herb casserole Greek style is prepared in a creamy tomato sauce. Preheat oven to 200° C. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the gyros well. Sprinkle flour over it. Sweat briefly. Stir the milk, creme fraiche and tomato paste into the gyros. Stir in 50 g feta. Keep warm at low level. For the Greek-style cabbage, first cut the pointed cabbage into very fine strips. Dice onion. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan. Fry Greek-style cabbage and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Pour on the stock. Braise without lid for 10 minutes. Fill the gyros and Greek-style herb into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with 50 g feta. Bake the casserole on the middle rack for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the casserole just before serving with dried oregano.
