Seafood Potato Spinach Casserole

300 g Potatoes
250 g Seafood
500 g Frozen spinach
1 Onions
1 tsp Olive Oil
Pepper & Salt
1 Eggs
5 tbsp Milk
0,1 l Cream
125 g Buffalo Mozzarella

For seafood potatoes spinach casserole first preheat the oven to 200° C convection oven. Grease a casserole dish. Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin slices. Pour into the casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Pour seafood into a sieve. Rinse with water and defrost. Pour the spinach into a pot. Heat and defrost while stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Dice onions and garlic. Fry in oil until translucent. Spread over the potatoes. Spread seafood over it. Cover with spinach. Whisk egg with milk. Stir in the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the glaze over the seafood potato and spinach casserole. Bake for 40 minutes on the middle rack. Halve the mozzarella lengthwise, cut into slices and spread on the casserole. Bake for 5 minutes.
