Stuffed eggs with salmon can easily be prepared for a cold buffet or can be served as a starter. Hard boil eggs. Place in cold water to cool down faster. Peel and halve lengthwise. For stuffed eggs, first release the egg yolk. Pour into a bowl. Mash with a fork. Stir in mayonnaise and cream. Season with salt and pepper. For decoration, cut half a slice of salmon into slices. Cut the remaining salmon into small cubes. Fill into the cream. Pour the cream into the eggs. Decorate filled eggs with salmon strips.
