Antipasti skewers

Antipasti skewers

Antipasti skewers can be prepared quickly and easily. Drain the mozzarella. Cherry tomatoes on small skewers. Put a larger basil leaf and mozzarella each on the antipasti skewers. Halve thin slices of Parma ham. Fold one half each and stick on 5 antipasti skewers. Fold the salami slices and put them on the remaining antipasti skewers. Cut the olives in half and place them on the end.
